The result of 6th Population and Housing Census 2022 has been declared on 22 July, 2022. According to the result , the total population of Bangladesh is 16 crore 51 lakh 58 thousand and 616. Among them the number of males are 8 crore 17 lakh 12 thousand and 824 and the number of females are 8 crore 33 lakh 47 thousand 206 and the number of 3rd gender are 12 thousand and 629.
